This site is for the benefit of the Newbie Internet Marketer, and anyone else needing to learn any of the following skills. By Newbie I mean the real Newbie trying to take the first step/s.

• how to set up a file/product download page and download process.
• and more.

and you are keen to get started then this site is for you.

The steps to creating an on line presence can, for the most part, be achieved with free programs. This site is being created with the same free programs, hence the old style, simple page. This is not the end of the learning curve, rather, it is the first baby step.

More advanced methods of design, graphics which jump off the page at you, buttons, logo's, etc. are future steps. Subsequent pages of this site will demonstrate some of these more advanced methods.

Master the basics and the future steps become easier and faster to learn. We are just like babies trying to take the first step.

As babies we learnt to crawl before we could walk, then walk before running, and we fell flat on our faces numerous times before becoming reasonably proficient.

Web design, internet marketing, web graphics, product creation, search engine optimization, linking tactics, social sites and marketing, video, audio, making your first sale, and you can probably think of more, all belong in our future. We need to start them one step at a time.

If you want to embrace all of those at the same time then the learning curve could be long with a lot of distractions and frustrations.

Remember the baby steps. Master each step. Become proficient in each step. Then move to the next step.

Here are two of the most important things to remember and apply.

Plan:  if you fail to plan then you plan to fail.

 Focus :  focus on the plan each and every step of the way.

Another analogy!

Becoming an Internet Marketer is no different to undertaking a 3000 kilometer road trip. You know where you are starting from and where you want to be. Along the way there is a lot of side roads. Avoid these, stick to your plan. Focus on the plan. If a deviation becomes necessary, revise the plan to accommodate it, don't just meander down a side track. If you wander down the side tracks you will be traveling with "the lost patrol" from The Wizard of Id comic strip.
